I had a mixed experience at Golden Tulip Media Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed right from the start. However, the location wasn’t ideal for exploring and there were some maintenance issues that affected my comfort. Overall, it was decent, but not without its drawbacks.

My room was spacious and offered a nice balcony, but I encountered some issues like the AC turning on by itself which was annoying. Also, there was a noticeable damp smell when I first checked in. Despite these concerns, the room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping was on point.

The service was a highlight of my stay. The staff, especially the bellboys and the reception team, were super helpful and always greeted me with a smile. They really went out of their way to assist whenever I needed something. This level of service definitely improved my overall experience.
